Yummy! Birch is my favorite shawl! I loved knitting it and I love wearing it. Enjoy it!

Jean, your shawl is absolutely lovely! I’m in awe of your talent (and patience for all that lace!)
Also, congratulations on Dan’s Bronze Star! I know how proud you and the boys are. And how anxious you all are for the final days of waiting to pass. Won’t be long now!
Jean, your beautiful Birch is an ethereal vision of loveliness. Kidsilk Haze is one of my favorite yarns. How much did you use, what size needles, and how big is it?
Your Birch is so lovely. I have two questions– in the pattern it says yfwd. Is yfwd the same as a yarn over in american knitting patterns? Did you do the stocking stitch version or the garter stitch version? Congrats on a gorgeous lacy shawl. Great picture too.
Beautiful job, Jean!
Beautiful job.
Wow, Jean – what can I say! It is stunning!

Absolutely perfect, very well done.
That is so beautiful! I love the color you used. I wish I has the patience to do a pattern like that.
I’ve had the yarn for Birch for at least 2 years. You’ve inspired me to put it back in the queue. And congrats to Dan on his Bronze Star!
That is gorgeous, wish I had patience to do lace knitting,,
She is marvelous! Congratulations! I love fast lace projects, don’t you?

How Beautiful! I have one in a similar blue shade, you’re right , once you get rolling it’s hard to set it aside.
I LOVE a “can’t put down” knit. It’s beautiful, so mysteriously cobwebby. You do a good job of adding to my knitting must have frenzy,
Li
GORGEOUS! Way to go!!!
